This is a new Zero Compromise 5-27 with the MPCT3 reticle.

The scope is unmounted/unused and in pristine condition. If you would like more detailed photos of anything, I can take them when I'm home from work.

Are you sure its a 5X27? Why is it on a 4X20 box?

Yes it’s a 5-27. It’s over 2” longer than the 4-20. That’s just the sleeve that’s on the wrong box.

Both models (the 5x27 and the 4x20) come with the same sleave. If he turns the box around it'll say 5x27 on the other side. I own a 5X27 and just checked the box myself
