Colorado doesnt allow “smart rifle scopes” for hunting. One of their features they define as a smart scope is an embedded ballistic calculator, which the eliminator series all have. An interesting exception is the sig scope paired with sig range finder. The sig range finder has the embedded ballistic calculator, the sig scope only displays the proper hold over that the RF sends via a wireless link. So this pair is legal, as the scope doesnt process the ballistic solution , the RF does.

Eliminator 3 SPF

Had it 3 months. I bought it after i returned ELIM3 for service, they replaced it with brand new unit..
that one SPF. I Bought Eliminator 4 while waiting, mounted it on 204 ruger. The Elim3 was mounted on my 22 hornet originall, the new one was to go there. Then i found it isnt legal in colorado.
ive looked at sig RF, Scope combo which is legal, but having RF and Ballistic calc in same scope works better. And the addition of wireless remote to Eliminator 4 was really improvement over the 3.
