Up for sale is a gently used Remington 700 action that was trued by Mason at Northwest Action Works. Mason also pulled the factory barrel and replaced it with a 24" Krieger MTU profile he chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and threaded the muzzle 5/8x24. I also had the bolt knob replaced, not just rethreaded, because I preferred this bolt knob. I added the Timney 517 trigger and 20 MOA Nightforce steel base. The barreled action was then dropped into an Accuracy International AX chassis in sage green. Round count is 790.
Pictures show typical 5-shot groups (yes, when I "do my part" and all that). It'll come with the RRS tripod adapter and the original hand rest and one 5 round mag. Scope, rings, bipod aren't included in the sale price, but we can negotiate if you're looking for a turnkey match rifle. $2100 shipped in the lower 48 as long as your FFL accepts from a private party. Willing to separate the barreled action w/ trigger and the chassis, but only if the barreled action has a buyer. If separated: $1050 barreled action, $1100 AX chassis.
