I upgraded to an Anvil-30 so selling my RRS Leveling Base. I ran this on the Innorel RT-90C and it was my favorite base due to the locking set screws that prevented counter-panning from loosening the head.

In all honesty, not really. The only thing the Anvil offers more is more degree of up/down rotation if you're shooting down a steep mountain or up a mountain. Which I've done... about zero times. But I bought into it, so too late now.. I am guessing it'll come in handy one day when I do some field match in the mountains.
