Comes with the original box, papers, and accessories, and a Blackhawk 45 degree mount. Can also include a Spuhr mount and spacer to mount it to a Spuhr. The glass has some small debris on it, and I can’t find my lens cleaner solution to wipe it off. The glass isn’t damaged, and it should wipe clean easily with some solution.
