Those tan battle packs appear to be South African 308 ammo and I shot many thousands of rounds of that with the help of my son. This is great reliable ammo and it is very accurate in the M1A platform. This was common ammo in the 80's but it's not frequently found now. Great ammo for long term storage in the sealed battle packs. This will be a gold mine for anyone wanting bulk ammo to shoot or for long term storage.

I can't recall the origin of the green battle packs. They may be Belgium or Hertenberger but it is great ammo either way.

The green ones could also be Portuguese nato ammo, I have some of these. Difficult to read.

Thanks for the info. 140 Rounds (the only opened Pack) of the tan ammo is spoken for. 960 Rounds remaining get it before its gone!
