Looking to trade a LNIB CA MPP in 308. Comes with original box and paperwork. Has 26 rounds down it, only been to the range. I was hoping this would be my new mountain rifle for big game hunting, but I am pretty tall (6’5”) and the LOP is just too short for me to shoot this comfortably. Super light weight and folds down short enough to fit in a pack. Gun is a shooter - target was shot with some cheap factory ammo at 300 yards.

Looking to trade for a Christensen Ridgeline Ti. I’d prefer a 308 or 6.5 CM. Might do a 300 PRC or 28 Nosler. If you have something else you think I should consider let me know. Needs to be lightweight, 6lbs or less. Also interested in 280AI.

Hey brother, not trying to change your mind but got a buddy about to pull the trigger and we are wondering on the 1913 set up is it two bolts holding it in there when you flip the SB FS1913 Brace to the side? He was thinking about putting a AR-15 adapter and long buffer tube (spring and buffer not needed) then a 5-position SB3 brace.) Another option mount the Telemod from JTAC Elf Owl. Then also look into other extend aluminum with cheek weld riser from A3 Tactical. I’m 6’4 and that Telemod goes to 13” I know what you got is only a little over 9”. Lastly I always have to use a scope mount that has extends the center of the forward edge because I’m a big SOB. I’m 290, 6’4”.

Not bad ideas. Whats the cheek piece in the pics? I need one of those if I am going to keep it. Are you asking about how the brace attaches to the chassis? Its a dove tail set up with one screw. I am not very familiar with ARs - I just bought my first complete lower to build one. I have always been a bolt gun guy. I love everything about the gun except for the short LOP. So if I could figure that out, I would keep it in a heart beat. Also, that cheek piece would be a game changer. I am super happy with the accuracy as well.

Still thinking you can either convert this to make it longer or look at the stuff on A3 to get it the way you like it. Wish I had it in hand. If my buddy gets one soon I’ll let you know. I’m getting Jtac Elf Owl, but I know you can make this work because we both were looking at the cheek riser and how to extend the aluminum folder.

Another good site we were looking at is JMAC customs. You can put a Ar brace on the first picture like the tail hook and that’s the 9” . They also got other stuff. Just saying they have stuff to look at for solutions.

Recommendations are like assholes there are so many. Man if we can get AR-15 end on that sucker like can you take brace off? If you do it should be just a 1913 pic rail right? How is that held on to the chassis? Because if you can unscrew it and add AR-15 end (first picture) there are different ones the options open like the Grand Canyon. Example https://doublestarusa.com/ar-ul-ultra-lite-stock-buffer-tube-spring-not-included-black-0-5-a140. (Second picture). Take off stock so you don’t SPR it and add Tail hook from https://gearheadworks.com/product/tailhook-mod-1-4/ (last two pics). the buffer tube has cloth on it and would be comfortable for skin.

So I havent ever pulled the brace off until right now - it is a 1913 pic rail…interesting. The pic rail is milled into the chassis…doesnt come off.

Will sale for $2000. I really wanted to make this work. I have tried 3 different scopes, the LOP is just too short. Have added the A3 Tactical Cheek Rest. I put 14 more rounds through it last week after I added the cheek rest. So it has exactly 40 rounds through it. I also swapped scopes last week and it has a Zeiss V4 4-16x44 on it. Its in Vortex PMR (Seekins) rings and come with vortex defender scope caps. This can be negotiated into the deal.
