Brand new; been in box. Only took out once to try on, needed one size bigger to fit larger plates. These will fit 8" up to 10x12's under 1" . Vest size is one size fits all. Their sizes go by plate sizes not body sizes. I needed medium this is a Small. This is twice the quality of my agilite k9. This carrier has the quad release lever system built in.
