So my brother and I just got back from our first Wyoming Mule deer hunt! It was all on BLM and State land, DIY. Man was it a learning experience but just a ton of fun too! We only filled one tag but passed several small bucks and does looking for the "good ones"

The shot was 517 meters to the bottom of a nasty canyon!!

Judging by the teeth, I would say the man closest to the horns killed the deer. I know I would be smiling like a saint if killed it. That is a nice deer.

Nice looking buck and good shooting. I've always preferreed DIY hunts myself.

Awesome buck! I'm heading that way tomorrow evening for a muley hunt in unit 64. I hope I can shoot one as nice as that buck. Nice forks and mass for sure!

Thanks guys, Ya, that is me closest to the horns!! We were hunting in unit 66. Muddy Mtn area. It was really tough hunting! I shot him on the 5th day of hard hunting. He was the only shooter buck we saw. Several other hunters out there too.

Nice buck. I leave in a week and a half for a 2 week elk hunting trip in area 85. I am hoping to have some great luck like you did

We didnt see them, but the guys camping a ridge over had several elk in range but they were deer hunting with no elk tag! They got some great pics.
