There's a reason HART barrels have been in business for almost 70 years. Every Hart I've owned has been a great shooter. Jack Sutton is a great guy to deal with too!. Its one of my go to barrel makers for top quality barrels.

Its is 5r i think with a 1:7 for the heavies. 26” threaded for an Area419 brake. 3/4-24 threads. I haven’t shot it much. The 1:7 is being challenging. Started with my go to of 42.5gr of h4350 and 130gr bergers which wasnt that great. I think maybe a slightly slower powder might do the trick and shoot the 147’s and 150’s. Got a Viper gen2 on it. Anyway, its a heafty price tag weighing in at just about $600 for the barrel alone. Already had the northland barrel nut and recoil lug. You need to call them to order a prefit i think.

I have no complaints with my xcaliber I've put 916 rounds thru it so far and haven't lost any accuracy or speed this is the powder charge I ended up going with cant complain with 5 shots. It's a savage small shank prefit 6.5 creed 5r 22in threaded 5/8x24. I get 2784 with berger 130 otms and 2840 with the hornady 130 eldms
