I shoot a metric fuck ton of Hornady match ammo for the simple reason that it requires zero time to be ready to go to the range. Can I make better ammo at home? Slightly. But it takes all goddamn day.

I’ve got a wall full of trophies from local matches won with factory ammo. I don’t think it makes a difference for 90% of the people. Maybe more than that. I heard a guy on a podcast recently say something to the effect of “don’t shoot Hornady factory ammo, that stuff is trash”. The only people that make statements like that are trying to sell something.

I’ve been reloading for 8 years now and while I’ve been able to pull some very accurate ammo, I also get burnt out on the loading process. Prepping and loading 100 rounds for a match takes a while. But then I go shopping for factory ammo and just can’t do it. Cost too much for me.

But I could sell all my shit, and buy a truck load of factory ammo. That is a thought I entertain a lot too

I just can't or just don't want to find the time to reload anymore thought about selling all my reloading shit, but then I feel like down the road I will regret it.

Count me in as another Hornady shill it's my go to ammo for hunting and target shooting deer drop dead and steel rings it does everything I ask of it for a working man's wage.
