XL 650 inconsistent sizing?

Been using this machine for 10 years and thousands of rounds, never had a problem I could not figure out...
Have not loaded much .308 but started again and went well for 50 rounds and then stuck a case. Yep there was some range brass involved. I know,I know.
Anyway have tried 2 other sizing dies run against the plate and still getting occasional oversized case.
Is it possible I have damaged machine? Bent the platform? I did tighten platform bolts.
And have weeded out all oddball headstamps.
any ideas ?

I've been through this same trouble.
One of my shell plates did have a wompy station.
I'm getting an annealeez for 308 and sorting all the brass.
Different headstamps need a different adjustment.
If you need 0.002" accuracy for headspace use a Forster single stage.

Was thinking might have bent the shell plate.
All brass was done on my annealeez, love that thing. and trimmed.
This is bulk ammo not precision, getting way out of spec every few rounds. ( to long )
