You're looking at an XLR Element 3.0 Magnesium Chassis in FDE Cerakote. Machined from AZ61A Magnesium, the Element 3.0 Mg retains all the strength and durability of the aluminum version, but at a fraction of the weight (44 ozs w/out grip or mag)! Equipped with the XLR TR2 buttstock and folding mechanism (gen1), makes this a great hunting/target chassis that can be strapped to a backpack. Fits Rem 700 short actions and clone actions, either left or right handed. Also included is a MagPul ARCA plate adapter. Just add your preferred AR15 grip and drop your action into the chassis and you are ready to go.
