History: what a concept!

HAHA. These guys need to pick up a history book.

If that happened more often, people would probably realize that Obama's posters looked like Che, and that his speeches sound like Adolf, and we'd have a different president today.

When I saw the thread title I thought "No way could someone NOT KNOW about one of the 20th century's most horrible disasters, not possible." Then I see the posts.

We are doomed.

I saw the movie Titanic back when it first came out. At the end of the movie, there was a woman sitting next to my girlfriend crying, about my age, and she says to her boyfriend, "why did they have to end the movie with the ship sinking, that just made it so much sadder". I looked at here, and against the pleas of my GF, and said "Really, your shocked it sank?" Then walked away to get home for my after-movie-date-sex before the effects of a sappy movie wore off.

Are you guys joking? The titanic didn't sink...it was an unsinkable ship....

Please find my sarcasm above.

Re: Yes, kids, The Titanic really did sink ...

And here I thought that documentary some years ago, when they explored the wreck, was fake too. Just like the moon landing. WTF?

Re: Yes, kids, The Titanic really did sink ...

My 12yr old daughter went to go see the movie. When she was leaving I told her that the ship sinks. She was so pissed that I ruined the movie for her. Then she asked if I had seen the movie? I said no, but everyone knows the Titanic sank. She thought I was just messing with her hahaha
