It is a masterful pay to play scheme.
  1. Install equipment and share data or no business for you
  2. Keep employees in line with what we say or no business for you
  3. Run your business in line with what we say or no business for you
OR pay a small fine

Besides the huge work force that China has, I don't see anything special about those Chinkos. I bet the Indian and Japanese would be more welcoming and civil when it comes to business. Fvck China

You would be dead wrong with that assumption. Japan is a virtually closed society and India is the last place I have ever tried to do business. No profit possible and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have had the displeasure of meeting when doing business. Outside of business is a little different.

I would rather do business in China any day of the week but the labor is getting pricey. Vietnam is the next China. Massive opportunities exist there.

Who's to say Saigon won't follow Beijing's totalitarian example? They ARE birds of a feather, ideologically broadly speaking.

+1 on India. Nasty country all the way around.

You're showing your age....you mean Ho Chi Minh city. No longer called Saigon. They have zero political power. It is all in Hanoi. I am always amazed at how divided the country still is. People and officials that live in Hanoi have no respect for those that live in the South as they associate them with being losers of the war

Maybe it's ripe for some clandestine ops to destabilize it.
