Why if there was a group of people here with tattoos marking them as killers and rapists then ANY local police officer in the good ol YSA would arrest them immediately- or say above mentioned groups let’s say took over some apartment buildings and robbed and raped and extorted the residents then of course our boys who took an oath would arrest them not do nothing and deny the event ever happened .
