Hello I'm new here, I'm 16 years old and have been hunting most of my life. I recently have been interested in long distance shooting and was looking around on the web and found this site and thought I would join so I could learn more. I have an interest in joining the military when I get older. Also if you have any advice for a young beginner I'm all ears and eager to learn. Thanks and Godbless.

Welcome and yeah, there is a lot of amazing info on here. Some really good shots hang out here. There's also a lot of crusty vets and soldiers too, so if you ask a question and get a dick answer, just brush it off. It's good training for having thick skin in the military if you plan on joining anyway.
If they start railing on you hard for a "stupid question" make sure to remind them that you truly are 16 and they're the ones acting juvenile. That generally smooths things out. It'll happen if you're on here long enough. We cut up and have a good time, but are serious too.
Considering your age and experience, you may do well to sign up for Lowlight's online shooting course on here. You would learn a LOT from that I'm betting. More than you will in the army.
