Youth Stock for Varmint Profile Remington 700

Any ideas for a youth length stock for one of the Remington 700 Blackout Model 700? I wanted to stay away from wood due to weight, but I cannot find a youth sized synthetic stock with a varmint profile.

My boys are only 6&7 years of age, but both love to shoot so I am trying to take them at every opportunity.

Could you just take a youth synthetic stock and hog out the barrel channel?

I've got a camo varmint stock off an ADL that could be easily shortened to youth length. That's how I'd do it.
