ZCO in a Spuhr, what TQ??

I was under the impression that with Spuhr mounts , 25 for scope and 45 for base. I caught the tail end of the snipers hide podcast and Frank was saying they have had a lot of talk on this and 25 was to much for ZCO, it might bind up the innards. What's everybody using??

I use 18" across the board on ring caps.

i use 18 on spuhr regardless of scope
