Feedback ZCO

I have a bunch of 6–36X56 Schmidt and vendors and they’re pretty great… I have a 8–40X56 ZCO and it’s a great scope too.

Even the Leupold HD5 isn’t too bad, though the other two are better in some subtle and real ways. (The Schmidt and the ZCO have very forgiving parallax… )

With seeing all the ZCO scopes for sale on here, wondering what people are going to. Are they upgrading to a different ZCO or are they switching into a different brand?
Sold my most recent one to get a March for my F-Class rifle.

I still love ZCOs just out of budget to own two. One for CF one for RF, So now I shoot 2 7-35 ATACRs with the MIL-C reticle. Also wasn't in love with the MPCT3X reticle if I were to buy another 8-40 I would go MPCT1X or MPCT2X

Not a terrible optic and neither are TT; however S&B and Kahles are far better. Just my opinion. :sneaky:

Surely subjective. In the beginning of this season, I purchased a new ZCO as well as a Kahles K540i.

I find myself more comfortable behind the ZCO in all conditions. Also starting to notice lately, the image is much more natural and the parallax more forgiving on the ZCO.

The K540 has an insane field of view and I rather enjoy the parallax on top. Other than that, it’s a massive scope that required a mid cantilever mount to work with my short length of pull.

All compromises and pilot preference.
No wrong answer in top-tier category.

Agreed, there's no perfect fit for everyone - all the optics listed have pro's/con's.

Yeas I have sold a couple of my ZCOs. I believe almost every one I sold were early ones I bought used and later replaced with newer Reticle versions or because many were changed for 840s. I also sold a number of NightForce ATCARs because I replaced them with ZCOs. To my eyes they have the best reticles, the best glass, best turrets and fantastic service.
