I was impressed, so I thought I would share....

Got a Diavari 6-24x72 MD on which the illumination was acting up...worked when it wanted to.
Called Sonja @ Zeiss, splained the issue and she sent out a UPS pickup label.
I sent the scope in. Got a call from Karen stating my scope has to travel to Germany for repairs...@ 10 weeks turn around....
So she asks if I would like a loaner to use while my scope was out for repair.
I said sure, why not, watcha got?...expecting a Conquest or something in that price range..
(Puts me on hold, while she digs around in the loaner drawer, I assume)
She gets back on and says she is 2-daying me a 6-24x72 Mildot.
After I picked my jaw off the floor, she took my cc info (in case I "forget" to return the loaner, LOL) and I will be back in business by Tuesday.

Now, I have not had to use any other warranty service for optics before but the service I have recieved from Zeiss so far is the best warranty service I have ever experienced with any company, shooting sports related or otherwise.

    There ya have it.

PS...none of this transaction is costing me a dime.

    Re: Zeiss CS

The rings are high enough...I sent in my 72 for repair, they are sending the same model to me as a loaner.

I did have a Karsten cheekpiece installed on my stock today for a better cheek weld...the Eagle stock pack was a PITA to remove and reinstall every time I need to pull the bolt.
