Rifle Scopes zeiss customer service

Just bought a new zeiss and never looked in it til I got home. I found it had a same piece of something inside the scope. Mailed the scope in and had a brand new one back by the end of the week. Now that is service. Just figured I would pass it along. My buddy had the same problem with his nightforce and he waited 9 weeks.....SO I AM SUPER HAPPY

Zeiss is phenominal to deal with. I bought a new scope with their rapid-z reticle. I tried to take it back to the store because the crosshairs were canted, and the store did not want to work with me. The store told me that I was seeing things and didnt believe me. Even our range staff at my work told me it was canted.

I called the customer service and told them that I think the reticle was canted and they gave me a return authorization and never asked another question. They were all very nice on the phone as well. Just like you, I think Zeiss is a great company. They also sell great products.

+1 the 6.5-20 scope i have went through a tornado while inside a buddy's safe (buddy who i bought the scope from)....tossed the safe about 75 yards and dinged the scope and messed up the reticle and parralax knob.....called zeiss...sent back... new reticle and parallax knob and a check over free of charge... they make great optics and have great CS..... JMO
