Rifle Scopes zeiss turrets

I'm wondering what kind of turret is on the standard zeiss conquest?

Is it similar to the target turret (finger adjustable) under the covers?

Anyone have a pic of one?

It's finger ajustable, it has a very slim knurled section. It's a bit hard on the fingers, but feel nice and crisp
