Hi guys, im new to shooting and have a weihrauch .22, but i ordered a ZOS 6-24x50 ESF IR, i know what your gonna say, dont get it, its chinese crap, save for a bushnell or something better. Truth be told, its to late its on its way, but all the bad reviews on this scope have been threw people owning large cal rifles, not air rifles. So i was wondering how you think it would hold up on my hw97k .22, obviously much lower recoil so might hold zero beter. Like i said iv only been shootin for a few months and need to gather as much knolage as pos. So if theres anything i can learn (apart from how to spell. I do appologize.) about how to find a decent scope or differances between how thay react on large cal rifles to how thay react on my meesly .22.
Thankd in advance. Acker

Re: Zos scopes

Alot of times air rifles will destroy centerfire scopes easier then a centerfire rifle because of the reverse recoil. Most scopes are built only to withstand recoil in one direction. I've personally seen a air rifle destroy a $3000 S&B aswell as other mid-high end scopes. I don't suspect that no name garbage will last long at all.

It seems you knew in the back of your head the whole time what you were getting yourself into by the wording of the post. You would be wise to return it upon receiving it and take it as a lesson learned. There's nothing wrong with buying on a budget but there's a lot wrong with buying junk.

So, why do you ask now?? No, they don't hold up.
