I have Osprey 277's on the shelf in 8tw. Not many but I have them if you want a barrel. I have the 6.8 W reamer on hand too.

I think @wind gypsy is right, it's going to be really close. The carbon cores are pretty light but the taperless barrels give them a run.

The foot doesn't give a lot of preload into the joint. It looks pretty good, definitely better than some other solutions that are on the market for QC barrel changes though. What I haven't been convinced of is the day to day repeatability of the zero, and if the zero moves when the barrel gets...

Yep, that was fixed a couple months back. I mentioned in the PVA Experience thread but the discussion moved on fairly quickly and I think it got buried. I wrote a macro to account for the change in diameter as the barrels get shorter and we incorporated it back in February or early March.

In April we got our latest contouring lathe on the floor and cutting chips. So: All the barrels ordered yesterday before 3pm on the GB are already contoured between the two contouring machines. It's pretty nice having the ability to keep 3 machines turning on prefits all at the same time.

I don't have one but I'm not against getting one. I am not too familiar with the chamber, is there a certain generation of reamer that I need to look at or are they all the same? That was the curse of another wildcat company; was there was a revision coming out before I could even get the...
