    Not initially, but after some hard use the anti-fog coating on the inside can wear off. Mine did after a few years, but I just got replacement lenses which are relatively inexpensive.

    Yep, they work great. Once installed you can rotate the covers so they'll open in whatever orientation you want. I just wish they weren't so expensive!
