    Yes the rails are decommissioned. Get caught riding one on active rails and I would expect a trespassing ticket.

    It has a 1" pad so maybe I will cut the pad off and fit a new 1/2" pad. I guess I might just cut the pad down 1/4" at a time. 🤔🤔 it's a 280 though so eventually I will probably want to get it back to a 1" pad. I know you guys will always work on your stocks but working on things myself...

    I have an MCST carbon stock I need to take about 1/4-1/2" off thr the LOP. Is a table saw going to chip it all up if i use it to cut the stock?

    It can in the US also, ot at least used to be able to. As long as they comenin alive the packing plants used to take them anyway. According to my boss that owned a livestock trucking company anyway. They were hearding them onto livestock trailers and taking them to meat packing plants. .
