hi. I've been trying to cancel my monthly subscription. When I try to do so using the account management features here, I am directed to PayPal. BUt I didn't use PayPal. I have reached out to the admins to see how to do that without success and my account was renewed today. I would like to cancel my monthly subscription and have the charges reversed. thanks,
