Starting this thread as there is no real data for the 22GT out of there. This will be a culmination of my data and hopefully others data that way we can have sort of a reference of powder choices and charge weights with given bullets, twist rates that work, etc.

This being said I am working with 3x fired OG Alpha 6GT brass necked down in a Whidden FL sizing die with a 0.249” bushing and then running a 0.222” SS expander mandrel through it for 2 thou neck tension.

Going to be running CCI 450’s, H4350, and 95gr SMK’s in a 6.5 twist kreiger barrel. Starting low at 33gr and working up to 35.7gr and will go higher if bullets stay together and speeds are good and lack of pressure. Planning on testing tomorrow through a brake since I don’t want to blow up bullets in my can.

I know folks are running 37gr of H4350 in a 6GT but didn’t want to start too high as this is my first time with a wild cat that has virtually no load data. Hopefully everything goes well and regardless I will be posting results tomorrow after the range day.

Selling a like new Secret Service 11.5 SR16 upper 2 mags fired suppressed and unsuppressed all good to go cleaned and put away. The upper where the charging handle seats and where the rear sight folds down and hits upper has wear. The upper came with the phosphate E3 BCG I purchased the chrome BCG separate. The upper was fired with the phosphate E3 BCG.

I'm pulling what little hair I have left out trying to get this combo to bump the shoulder on my 300PRC once fired Hornady brass. I'm setting up my just received Zero press with the SAC sizing dies, beginning with the 300PRC. I've followed the video instructions, used the lowest Redding comp shell holder I have (.002) and added a 13 shim stack to the SAC die, no bueno. Has anyone else experienced the inability to bump a shoulder with this die?

ETA - Ref the tooling in the pic, everything is working except the 300PRC sizing die. The other SAC sizing dies (6BR and 260R) are working as advertised, as are the seating dies.

Selling my complete rifle as a package with ~250rds on it. I am looking for 6k for entire package.

It's an older can in really good condition, with lots of life remaining. I'm heavily invested into the AAC ratcheting 51T mounts (10, I think), and I know their weaknesses. The can's ratchet pawl mechanism is in excellent condition, and this can does not see high use, FA duty at all. I use Viton O-Rings to keep the can from wiggling on the mount, and that system works fine for me.

But. I desire to move to the 1.375 x24 universal mount system, and my can purchases going forward reflect this choice.

It's Big, It's Heavy, It's a Dinosaur but it's Mine. I lose the AAC 51T mount money ($1000+, but who is counting?). On the flip side, the new HUB mount would then accommodate this older can.

My question is: Should I send this AAC can off for a conversion?

I'm doing load development for my Gen4 Glock 40 MOS with RMR RM07 Gen2 with 200gr hard cast bullets from Montana Bullet Works... goal is bear loads.

I purchased .401 WFN-GC from them for bear loads and their WFN-PB practice bullet. Both are hard cast.

Had a lengthy conversation with their bullet guy and he said their WFN-GC has killed many bears and he would take it over a BB or Underwood any day. I'm not going to pretend I know what I'm talking about or exactly what he said because I don't remember 100% but he talked about their mixture vs high antimony. Either way, MBW comes highly recommended.

Today was my first day playing with loads. I loaded up 5ea 6.0-7.2gr in 0.2gr increments n350 with the 200gr Montana Bullet Works HC WFN practice bullet they sell. HiTek coated. Sig nickel brass and CCI LP. Stupid accurate at 10yd out of my factory Gen4 Glock 40 MOS with RMR RM07 Gen2. Don't have any speeds but I will tomorrow. They shot soft and the higher charges were probably in the 1025-1100 range.. zero leading issues. Nice and clean

Guy MBW told me to shoot my same load with the 200gr HC practice bullet and the WFN-GC.. he also said dont worry about trying to get them super fast. He said 1100-1150 is fine they will penetrate great at that speed. waiting for some longshot to arrive to load a good 1200fps bear load with those.

I did chrono the underwood 200gr HC round out of my gun and avg was 1200.. they also started leading the last 2" of my barrel

Also have a Bar-Sto match barrel being made for this Glock 40. Once it's ready they are gonna call me to send my pistol in to have the barrel custom fit. Mostly doing this for better case support over factory glock barrel.with hotter bear loads but I'll take the increased accuracy as well.

I am newer into the prs game and have been using an nx8 4-32 for my first few matches. I am using the moar reticle (I know, I’m not switching yet, lol). I feel this reticle isn’t the most useful and also think that it is too thick for my liking. I really don’t mind anything else about the scope. Haven’t had any trouble getting behind it as a lot of people talk about that. I am thinking of getting the moa xt reticle and am debating between the nx8 again or the atacr 7-35. Im not super fond of running a tree but I like everything else about the reticle. One question I have is if the glass is that much better that it would actually be of benefit in helping to see where it impacts on plate. I know there is more to it than that but wondering if it would help. The price is really stretching my budget but I have no where to look first hand so looking for some opinions if it is worth the cost over the nx8. I am open to other suggestions also but these are the main two I am looking at mainly for the reticle. I don’t mind leupold pr2 reticle but I just am not extremely trusting of them with all the problems I see online with their tracking. Any input would be appreciated
