I have this exact setup with no issues. The nut may be making contact with the chassis - if it isn't, it's really close. But it doesn't negatively affect accuracy. It's a consistently 0.3-0.4 MOA rifle.
I've only had one light primer strike with my Nucleus. It happened in 5° weather when I had the biggest buck I've ever seen in my crosshairs. I disassembled and cleaned the interior of the bolt and firing pin with brake kleen and haven't had the problem since, no matter how cold it was.
Wow, almost a full month. And here I was pissed it took 16 days to get a condescending non-answer for my controlled round feed issues. A company could have the best product in the world, but bad customer service really is a turn-off.
