Watch Out for Scammers!
We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!
Mine has a Shilen 4 groove ratchet that was cut by Southern Precision Rifles. I am very happy with it but @padom exploits with his Eachus chamber and Manzella cut barrels has my gear acquisition syndrome acting up. I may succumb but we will see. Here are two photos what the SPR barrel did when...
I don't expect cops to take suicidal risks, I do expect them to take calculated risks to life and limb even when it's the other guy who created the bad situation. If they aren't willing to put life and limb on the line to help people they need to find another job.
The health and well being of innocents trumps officer safety. Police officers are provided arms the public can't have, trained, given special powers, and paid handsomely because they are expected to risk their lives to protect the public. If those officers aren't willing to risk their safety...
This shit will not stop until Qualified Immunity goes away and lawsuits make fuckups like this so expensive that the police actually decide to give a shit about not shooting folks at the drop of a hat. Mind you that criminally prosecuting these incidents won't help because DA's and the cops are...
The students have a god given right to protest anything they want. They also get to go to jail when they break the law when their protesting goes too far. The Republican whores in the House need to stop trying to sell our freedoms off for a few bucks from the ADL.
Sucks to have it happen to the gun owners of NY but this is extreme enough that maybe we can get the Honorable Justice Clarence Thomas to deliver another righteous opinion like he did in Bruen just two years ago.
Scouting has been circling the toilet bowl for a while but hearing this still hurts. I believe that I am going to light a fire the old fashioned way (with white gasoline and a bic lighter) and BBQ the shit out of something to bring this chapter to a close.
It's better if you want to shoot heavy for caliber projectiles. If you don't care about that then the .243 is better because there are far more factory guns and factory ammo options out there. I suspect that the 6CM will eventually replace the .243 but I'm not going to live long enough to see that.
I don't have an iCloud account but you might be able to set up a policy to send mail that isn't explicitly whitelisted to spam. You then might be able to mass delete or block the crap you don't want.
The US Government has in all likelihood threatened, bribed, or stolen it's way into gaining access to most of the world's important databases. Odds are that folks aren't being identified by super duper new and fancy technical intelligence methods; they are just identified because the US...
Well they do now own the media, tech, and the vast majority of our elected officials so I'd say the cockroaches are pretty safe coming out into the light.
I am hoping to make "good" ammo as I already reload for bolt guns and have the tools. I am not sure about the value of buying and beating up high quality brass as I am new to the large frame world and expect it is going to take me some time to be a competent driver.
I have about 5 years of reloading for bolt guns and pistols under my belt. I am a conservative reloader and like to take things slow and your advice is very much appreciated. No gas gun mentor so going to take it real slow.
I figure 300 would probably last me a long time. I am hesitant on Lapua for two reasons; I don't want my bolt gun brass which I baby getting mixed into gas gun brass (which I expect to run hard and put away wet) and at the moment I'm not sure I can shoot the difference as this will be my first...
