Re: AR , cheaper to build or buy ? I ended up building my own and will never look back again. A few friends, a good book and some tools made it go well. I have 2 more guns and 2 uppers in build now. Just do your research, and get quality parts.
Re: sling suggestions http://www.midwayusa.com/product/121022/...k-release-black I use that and really like it. I have the UBR on the back to connect to and put this on the front. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/838567/...-aluminum-matte

I don't know how many of you guys are from Iowa but if you are and are looking for a safe Pella Security is the place to go. I spent alot of time trying to decide on a safe, I looked at many of the major brands. After looking at the Pella safe I decided to go with them. I ordered a custom...
Re: Gun safe for my ARs Not sure where you are located but Pella Securities is the best place ever, they build me a custom interior, and for that mater a custom sized safe. They are local to Iowa however, and most of the time the safes are made to order. They built mine in 3 weeks...
Re: CCA AR15 Lower - GROUP BUY!!!! Just want to add, I have never had anything built with CCA. But I have communicated with them a few times. The response that I get and the time it took them to get back to me was fantastic. They seem great to work with, if I was in the need for another lower...

Re: Need a gas port opened up, recommend smith please. If you are nervous you might see if Brux will open it up for you. They are in WI. I have no experience if they will or will not do it but it might be worth a try, I know they make ar barrels.

I am going to be building a 6.5 creedmoor semi auto. I have most of the parts, but I can't figure out what brake I should use. I was going to use a POF, but wanted to see what others used. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks Theogre
not sure if this is the right forum. But I am going to be getting some safariland gear, and was wondering if any vendors on the hide are sufariland dealers, or who you would recommend buying from. Thanks Theogre

Re: My First AR! Finally after another week got to shoot it. Here is a 10 round group at 100 yards, I had a bipod on the front and shot from the shoulder. All I can say is that I am happy. Mounted the EOTECH when I got home. Now if the sling will come in I will be super happy.
