    FBI Sniper Rifles

This is pretty much exactly what I've figured, based on current state of the art, use purposes, and legal/operational considerations. There's tremendous value in trying new things...but risking lives in the process isn't worth it, and the juice has to be worth the squeezing.

    FBI Sniper Rifles

As of late, I've had several people at work suggest we should swap platforms to 6.5 Creedmoor or 6mm ARC "because the FBI snipers are switching over to it". Has anyone else heard this claim anywhere? I see vanishingly little value to swapping away from .308 for duty use, and yet the Need New...

WTB Accuracy International Arctic Warfare AW

I'd point out that conceivably he could order a 26" barrel and then track down an older style MB to mount onto it, then just order an action wrench and swap barrels out to exactly what he wants.

Accuracy International AT purchase...fixed or folding stock?

There's also length to consider. Being able to fold it down makes it easier to put into gun safes, cases, trunks, etc. Particularly if you're running a longer barrel. Having spent a decade plus wishing my AI had a folder, it's a total no-brainer.

    Accuracy International AT-X

The catch was, they only had a single bolt assembly in the US. And since SHOT rules require you mutilate guns to make em safe, they opted to leave it out rather than circumcise it. The downside of course being that everyone wants to see the bolt lift...and that's the one thing impossible to try...

    50 cal bolt action-

You haven't really experienced .50 BMG concussion until you've shot the ultra-short cut-down M2HB that used to haunt KCR shoots. F/A .50 from a goddamn SBR resets your definition of "concussion force". (Not my video)

    Accuracy International AT-X

    Are they polymer or metal..?

Anybody dealt with this item/company (moving target)

I imagine the easiest solution if you want to shoot a mover at 500 would be to mount a camera system on one side of the cable, and just move it to that side after each pass to check for hits. The biggest question for me is durability and reliability. Inevitably someone is going to hit the unit...

Anybody dealt with this item/company (moving target)

I was wondering the same thing. Started popping up in ad feeds this week, and it looks interesting..but does it work?

    Accuracy International AT-X

Jacob Bynum had/has an AW with 6 digits through the action...hands down one of the smoothest bolts I've ever touched, thanks to that much usage.

Fire arm tranfer deniel with U.P.I.N. ?

It's a tricky issue for sure. Dunno if ATF has issued guidance on dealers running a second background check for the same firearm; these days most dealers are pretty worried about running afoul of compliance. It's entirely possible it's not the store's fault, just a mistake by the person who ran...

    SOLD WTS : AI AT-X DE Gen3

1/2 MOA group with a new barrel thrown on - but my FFL must have stolen the autographed photo out of the box it would seem. ;)

Fire arm tranfer deniel with U.P.I.N. ?

Haven't heard of this issue before, but wild guess - maybe the other Herrera committed a new felony/disqualifying misd recently? While somewhat dumb, the quickest way to determine what's going on might be to buy another gun (who *doesn't need another AR lower?) at another store with your UPIN...

    Accuracy International AT-X

I think there may be one remaining AT-X on the exchange forum, but you'll have to dig back a month or two - it had no barrel and some dings on the side and was around $3600. Ever since SHOT the market seems to have dried up quite a bit. IIRC there's been a total of 3 AT-Xs on Gunbroker in the...

Once again proving that if a folding skin set can manage to sell in under 12 minutes, AI needs to bring back production of thumbhole rifles...

Firearms Several interesting items for sale PRICE DROP HK, Begara

The AIA is quite a find...picked one up a decade ago, and it's a super cool rifle! With the right ammo and a scope it's capable of MOA accuracy, though mag feeding can be picky depending on brand.
