Roger that. Thanks for the heads up on these guys. That's worth disputing with the CC people.

    Southern Defense ammo BEWARE!

I understand, but if you saw the bogus charge and continued to buy the ammo anyway, why are you complaining? You saw the charge, tried to delete it, it wouldn't delete, but you apparently bought the ammo anyway and are complaining about the charge? I would not have bought from them if the...

Technical Inspection of a trade-in Police Sniper

Is that gun from Texas? I might recognize it. If not, I’ve seen ones just like it hammer with 168 Federal and 175 Black Hills. I’d shoot it and see how it works for you.

Vudoo 360 bolt hard to close after storage ?

This has happened to mine, especially suppressed. 22's are dirty and this may happen when the gun is oriented vertically.

    Nomad LT vs. TBAC Magnus

I have 7 TBAC cans and a Dead Air Nomad Ti. I don’t know why I bought the Dead Air other than to try it, and there is a .2 shift in elevation with that can from cold until it heats up. The TBAC cans have zero shift from hot to cold and are 100% repeatable when you remove them and put them back...

Hats off to Mr.Tim "Moon" Roberts

Does he need your action for an AI barrel? I'd like to get one from him as I had a 300WM that is still one of the most accurate rifles I've ever shot.

WOA accuracy issues, my experience… (update 9/24/2023)

You clearly don’t have a clue who you’re addressing. Molon has more statistically-significant testing in his waste paper basket than most of us have had in our entire career.

You have $5,000 to spend on a rifle and optic - what would you get and why?

I’d recommend a Tikka and the best optic you can get. TT or ZCO used will do the trick. Don’t skimp on glass and get some piece of junk that looks like a constant mirage and tracks poorly.

Are no dial stages still a thing?

Yes. Occasionally you’ll see no-dial stages, but even if you do, they trip up plenty of people because they are speed stages without dialing (duh, right?). There’s almost always a trade off with precision and speed, and depending on the size of targets, you’re “stacking errors” against yourself...

Are no dial stages still a thing?

I don’t hold over unless threatened with physical violence. And even then I’ll probably still dial, but everyone is different.

Are no dial stages still a thing?

These stages are rare, and a lot of folks are moving away from the clutter of a Christmas tree reticle. Something like the MIL-C or the JTAC reticle are good examples.
