Seems the DA trying to prosecute the policeman who shot the active shooter in Blackwell, Oklahoma turned the active shooter in the Fort Worth church loose back in 2011.
He was given a plea deal 90 day sentence for ADW and a 1 year sentence for 3rd degree Arson by DA Jason Hicks' office in Grady County. Same DA that is prosecuting Lieutenant John Mitchell.
