    Nebraska
Hope you all have a great start to 2022. Central Nebraska, we had 6" of snow overnite which we needed badly. No "high" winds they were calling for so far. It will be a blizzard if they hit. Hopefully some of this fell in CO where they needed it. -3 with windchill of -15. 40 tomorrow , getting that new Zeiss out to do some more testing alongside the NF and Kahles

Yep, we got some. Judging by what’s piled up on some of the kids toys on the patio we got at least 6”, probably more like 8”. Better late than never I guess. And it’s still going. Not very big flakes but it’s been falling consistently like this for at least the 3hrs that I’ve been up

3°F here in Cheyenne. No real wind in town yet, but it is expected. An inch or so of snow so far.
I had not even checked the temperature. I didn’t realize it is only 5° F here. Going to have to bundle up to shovel…..

This morning riding in a summer kit, short sleeved jersey and bib, 75 degrees. Tomorrow morning, insulated underwear, heavy parka and winter gloves. Its gonna be a roller coaster.

we need more weather like this in PA. it would drive out the NJ and NY faggots who came here to escape their oppressive government..... yet they've voted full marxist since arriving.

We have a vacation home in South Fork Co. Been trying to ski over the holidays but weather has made it tuff. 60 to 70 mph winds a couple days, avalanche control shutting down the pass and over 90" of snow in the last week. Plenty of snow to ski on now.

was 70* when I got up this morning, and a little breezy. Now there are severe T Storm warnings out , high winds (70mph gusts) warnings, tornado warnings, maybe even 1-3" of rain overnight depending on which meteorlogical liar you are watching ;) for most of E TN. Sunday night or early Monday morning, might get a little bit of snow, and a high of 40 or so. Not liking 2022 a lot so far. LOL We've had the 70's since Christmas around here. LOL

Got about 6-8 inches here in Thornton, North suburb of Denver, last night/this morning. First time I've pulled the snow shovel out all season. Actually went and picked up my snow blower out of my trailer in storage. It was a cold one last night too. About 6* this morning when I got up.

Glad we got our new furnace in this week. We've been operating on a broken furnace this the start of the season. It was really dirty from all the wildfires this Summer (I'm assuming this because he had no issues at the end of last season) and the dirty smell you get when you start if up for the first time didn't go away. It would overheat and shut itself down for several hours. The colder it got, the more it would overheat and shut down.

$1200 to clean it or $4000 for a new furnace. It was in it's 17th season, so we elected to replace it.

-32 in central MN this am, 19 inches of snow with another 6 a couple of days ago

    It's a lot of work..

Well go out Friday night and drag the ice houses and tents out

Saturday morning well drag all our dive gear out and get it set up...that'll take a few hours

Spend an hour or so cutting the ice and doing other prep

Students taking the ice class will usually dive on Saturday

Certified divers usually dive on Sunday

Spend a few hours breaking down camp and packing everything up.

Usually 20 people on site....10-12 of us are usually diving......it's a big operation to do it safely.
Kudo's to you guys, some big balls in that group, well hopefully not the females :)

Did you ever notice that both 'snow' and 'cold' are four letter words?

Got called out to work last night in our snow storm in northern Colorado. It was a blast driving through 8" of snow on all of our locations, trying to guess where the lease roads are 😂
