Democrats have been mad since we freed their slaves. When some of their former property goes off the plantation and dares to think, speak or live outside of the bounds they place on African Americans, the left lashes out.

Currently, Allen West is running for governor of Texas and this makes leftist, racists mad as hell. So they targeted his wife and grandchildren and arrested a perfectly sober woman for drunk driving. They promptly notified the media and did victory laps for catching a grandmother driving drunk with her grandson in the car. They denied him even the most modest courtesy offered any former congressman.

Turns out his wife was perfectly sober and now they are gloating that he got "justice" and she was "presumed innocent" and thus is free to go. Of course they did not contact the media to retract their previous shitshow.

The lesson here is plain and simple. That "thin blue line" we are all supposed to support is not our friend. They will do the bidding of their masters and they will gladly use the law to entrap and abuse anyone they please. They are willing to do the most racist and subversive crap for political gain and to insure their leftist party bosses have the ability to menace, terrorize and intimidate people who they disagree with.

It has been said many times and is well worth repeating. Hitler didn't change the cops, he simply changed the laws. Stalin didn't change the cops, he changed the laws. 99.99% of all law enforcement will gladly go door to door shooting Trump supporters if the Democrats simply authorized it.

Dems say it's racist to judge people based on skin color, and say white people should admit their privilege, and know blacks are too inept to get an ID to vote.
They give half a billion dollars every year to an organization who has killed more blacks than every hate group combined, and whose founder went to KKK rallies and described minority babies as human weeds.
Dems have controlled every inner city slum, which are disproportionately populated by minorities for decades, yet hasn't fixed even one of them, even with up to 90 years of uninterrupted control.
There is nothing current democrats do that wouldn't have also been done by a 1920's klansman.
Nothing about democrats have changed, except their tactics.

Asserting that there was some sort of "political" motive to all this without the female officer committing suicide is laughable.

I have long been of the ideology that there should be NO MEDIA release of any criminal arrests until an actual court hearing. This situation is a primary example of how "bad" an arrest can be when people are innocent. Just cause West is some sort of political figure he has a podium to stand on, yet the rest of us would be scrambling to pick up our lives.

Whoever coordinated this arrest probably used a female so some people would think it's more likely valid? I don't get the logic here.
 
It's been shown time and again that it seems Law Enforcement at most larger levels these days is simply the thug arm of the Democrat party.
Hopefully the family will get some justice, but I doubt it will be anytime soon. That vile policewoman is probably laughing with her fellow evil buddies about how they got to really put the boots to a conservative and even if they got off, they still got to torture them, punish them and do all kinds of evil to them and show them who is boss, oh and guess what, we are untouchable....

Police need to be made to personally pay compensation when they do things like this.

This kind of evil won't stop if there is absolutely NO consequence for the police when they do false arrests, lies, torture and brutality.
The Police are the ones that made the accusation falsely so they should be punished for doing such, biblical style.

ive been around enough drunk people to know she clearly wasnt fucking drunk...

you have an older out of shape woman who is confused because a cop is giving her unclear directions....

P.S. I'm only saying, in my opinion, there was enough for the initial stop... that's all.

I didn't watch the entire video. Watched the pull over and the first part of the sobriety test.

My feeling is that the pull-over wasn't a problem. She was way over the line twice. It wasn't like she dropped a wheel over, it was almost the whole vehicle. But once she was pulled over, I didn't see anything (in what I watched) that should have made anyone think she was intoxicated, especially not to the point of being a danger to anyone else. If she was drunk, it would have been barely legally drunk, which at 0.08 is way to easy to do.

At that point, it should have been "Sorry to delay you, have a nice evening." This is part of what's been lost with all the zero-tolerance "over the limit under arrest" stuff. Thankfully where I live in a small rural town, most officers would be more likely to offer to follow someone home if they weren't sure if they were gtg or not, rather than take them down to the station to determine if someone is .07 or .09.

im not denying that...if i was the cop i would have pulled her over too...but at most you have a ticketable offence...."improper lane change" or some shit.

but its clear from the video that woman was not impaired.

do i think this was a "targeted take down" of a political opponent?.....no.....honestly, this looks like an officer who is unsure of what she is doing, and decided to arrest this woman rather than ask for help from someone more experienced.

They have labeled Elder a white supremacist here in kali lulz. By the way I verified that my mail in ballot envelope does indeed have a hole in it that just so happens to line up with the yes recall newsom dot. I made sure to insert in envelope so it does not show. It is basically a 1 in 4 shot on how you put that ballot in there. So they can eliminate 25 percent of the recall vote and they are golden. Spread the word to fellow Californians to watch how they load and send that ballot.

Where you been? Ask any LEO here, any moderators or anyone else here. I am far from a LEO fan boi. I am not the cop hater that they like to say that I am. Maybe it's because I call it like I see it and that ruffles some badges.
Anyway,. Until I see evidence that they were dirty in the reason for pulling her over. It was clean. I can speculate all kinds of shit. But facts are. She was crossing the line and any reasonable officer would have pulled her over. No smell of alcohol? Prescription drugs don't have a smell. Neither does Benadryl. Neither does lack of sleep. She could have been impaired by many things.
Show something that says it was a hit job and I will trash the badge boys that did it. Until then....
