No Loyalty

You sir, have a much higher opinion of them than I. ;)
That would depend on my opinion of politicians, they're one step below my ex wife and I would dance a jig if took a long walk off a short dock into lawyer, er, I mean shark infested waters.

It's not my opinion that's so low, it's my expectations that are so high. Journalist is supposed to be an admirable career, I mean shit, even Clark Kent was made out to be a reporter. They've turned to scum, ruined by cable television and the loose regulations on them versus network broadcasts, and all have chased CNN into the abyss of agenda driven ratings and brainless pundits spouting their chosen party line. Now the MSM is as accurate as the penny novels of the 1800s, yet people believe their bullshit knowing it's 98% agenda driven, and for some reason get butt hurt when their favored network steps slightly outside of the party lines.

Long story short, FNC = CNN = MSNBC = Al Jazeera = RT. They're all full of shit and only serve their masters. Don't be a chump.

I believe Trump's problem as President is that he's not a politician, bureaucrat, or diplomat and attempts to run the country like a corporation.

Latest tweet, Fox News gets thrown off the MAGA bus.
have not even turned on FOX news since election night. OAN or Newsmax instead. They decided to betray their base, largely due to their news director, arnon mishkin, slimey as they come. understand that daytime viewership has tanked. thanks to the us patriot on that.

Research every accolade from Trump's website and post the facts, not copy/paste from a pro-Trump political ad. Start with the Veterans' Access to Care through Choice, Accountability, and Transparency Act of 2014. Was it improved, yes; should Trump get credit, yes. But not for the ** 2014** Act itself. Next, look at the China Tariffs - who paid for those tariffs, China, no (except for lost sales); the American consumer pays for all tariffs to level the field for American products. Was Trump correct about China's unfair trade practices and theft of military secrets and intellectual property, was the trade deficit reduced? YES! Was President Trump wrong about America's immigration policy - no, but where did he get the funds, Mexico - no.

Don't make a promise you can't keep, otherwise, you sound like a Democrat. Cut the B.S.

Was Trump the best candidate in 2015? YES! Was Trump the best candidate in 2020? YES! But, IMO, his rhetoric and TWEETS were inappropriate for a world leader. Comments while sitting at a bar having drinks - no. Was the basis of his comments wrong - rarely. EVERYTHING he says, or does, has an impact, he can never be always 100% right or wrong, or please everyone all the time. If he's wrong he/we should admit it, don't exagerate, don't lie - be better than the opposition.

Don't assume because I criticize something pro-Trump that I'm anti-Trump. If the emperor has no clothes - don't be afraid to constructively criticize. Otherwise, how will President Trump benefit if we act as sycophants and vilify the opposition. He deserves better.

"You have not converted a man because you have silenced him." – John Morley, 1st Viscount Morley of Blackburn.

We have to win over the moderates through polite conversation that Trump's/our philosophy is best for the country. Trump's proponents/those right of the fence don't need convincing.

And quit the 2000-style voter fraud allegations unless you can provide evidence, send it to the Trump Reelection people. Otherwise, we sound like the Democrats. Let's get ready for 2024.

there is evidence.....lots of it actually.....if you watched something other than CNN youd know this.....fuck there is a massive thread on it all in the pit as we speak.

also, you claimed Trump wasnt running the country like a "politician".....just what exactly have "politicians" accomplished in the last 50 yrs thats note worthy?

fuck, trump running the country like a business has done more good in 3.5 yrs than "politicians" have done in the past 5 decades.

I believe Trump's problem as President is that he's not a politician, bureaucrat, or diplomat and attempts to run the country like a corporation.
Trumps problem is the war mongering swamp people and the say anything actually do nothing dems.

Go ahead, tell us who your guy is...
Ya know you want to.

I voted for the least crooked candidate(s). Now, do you want me to sew a purple star on my clothes because I don't agree 100% with your world view?

Or, is a forum not for discussion but one for "true believers" to praise each other and crucify those not of the "faith."

Does not the same thing occur on Biden-leaning forums? (Clueless) Joe "Shotgun" Biden is on video promising to put Beto O’Rourke in charge of gun control but later, on video, lies about his gun control philosophy and threatens a man to "step outside." What a "wuss."

I think we should stop beating each other up, have respectful discourse, and determine what we can do to get back the House, win the Presidency, and increase the number of Republicans in the Senate

Until both sides of the debate start to love their country more than they want to hate the opposition neither will see the America they want.

Personally I'm tired of the playing nice with our idealogical enemies. We are still the big guy at the table. I'm glad Trump acts like it when negotiating for my children's future.

If you perceived I was "attacking" then I apologize, that was not my intent. But I attempted to point out what I believe were two items, at a minimum, that were somewhat disingenuous. If you can indicate where I am wrong, then I stand corrected. I do believe most accomplishments were accurate, but that requires more research. I believe no matter how accurate my rebuttals, it would not dissuade others from trouncing me. I am surprised responses from some were not vitrolic and/or vulgar.

If 80% of my discussion was inaccurate or exaggerated would that not weaken my whole argument? Does the opposition lie, exaggerate, spread rumors, make up nicknames, etc. - YES. But I believe we are above that.

I believe the Democrats just "got out the vote." Are the Democrat apparatchik more intelligent than Trump and Republicans that evidence cannot be found? More people voted than ever before. That's good - too many people don't give a crap. "Stop the count, stop the vote" - doesn't anyone realize not counting ballots after 8pm, 3 November marginalizes the military who are, I believe, more pro-Republican? Trump said he was more pro-military than anyone else, ever. And I believe also not IAW the law in most states.

Did people not so much vote for a candidate than vote against their opponent. We have to persuade them otherwise rather than beat them into the ground.

You guys can keep "beating a dead horse," I'm going to see what I can do from now until 2024 to put Republicans back in power. Hopefully, they will accomplish great things and not waste efforts like they did in the Bush and Obama years.

Oh, and let's help all those anti-2A, recent gun purchasers to see the error of their ways. 🙂
