If you had a trillion dollars and spent it all to buy silver at today's price of $25 per ounce, It would take 68,000 eighteen wheelers to deliver it.

If the trucks were traveling at 70 MPH and if you parked on the side of the road to watch your new purchase pass by, you would set there for 30 hours.

On I-40,the convoy of trucks would extend from Barstow CA to Knoxville TN.

68,000 tandem dump trucks, not eighteen wheelers. If my math is correct.

Yourd do better to invest in something else, like Rhodium

1. Rhodium – $2,930 per ounce

Rhodium is the most expensive metal in the world, according to 911 Metallurgist. This is one of the rarest metals and the largest producers of the metal are South Africa, Canada, and Russia. It is a silver-colored metal that is most often used for its reflective properties but is also used in various industrial fields including the automotive industry. Two of its other features are its ability to withstand corrosion and its high-melting pint.

Or better yet, Plutonium

Price of Plutonium - The Physics Factbook

hypertextbook.com/facts/2008/AndrewMorel.shtml
"The price for plutonium-239 quoted on p. 155, US$5.24 per milligram, seems to imply that the plutonium for a critical mass of about 6 kg costs about 31 million dollars." $5240 per gram

I hope I didnt get on ANOTHER list for googleing plutonium, LOL.

Chump change to USG....

A trillion here a trillion there........pretty soon you are talking real money.

Yeah, it isnt that much when you can just print up a few trillion any old time.

Sounds like the convoy it would take to haul army jerry's ammo stash.

A million seconds ago you were 11 1/2 days younger, a billion seconds ago you were 31.7 YEARS younger, a Trillion seconds ago the Earth was 31,709 YEARS younger.

And they spend billions a day.

The interest on our national debt is a billion a day. So every three years the debt goes unpaid adds another Trill w/o any new spending.

So I have an extra trillion in my account that's pending from the biden government. With all the crazy gun and Ammo grabbing I was think of using that trillion to buy Ammo for my A10 thunderbolt I have in my hanger behind my house. How many trucks and how long would it take to deliver a trillion dollars worth of Ammo?

You would need 47,000,000 trucks to haul it.

If you were firing 100 rounds per minute of 700 gr bullets, you would have enough bullets to last 359,000 years.

How about if you had one of those fancy "ATF Magnet" triggers?

HAHAHA!!!
I went through a little exercise with my sisters kids and their friends not long ago. We timed saying several numbers such as "six hundred fifty four billion, nine hundred eighty seven million, three hundred twenty one thousand, one-hundred fiddy-fie" then estimated how long it would take to count to 1 trillion.
Their reactions were worth the time.
