I like this article because it's honest. This is really what these "elites" think. It reminds me of Dan Rather's "Fake but True" Bush, National Guard documents. It's so post modern and relativist it's just totally absurd on it's face. This guy and these people, who think they're elites but are actually misguided morons, are WHY Donald Trump is President, and the further they go down the leftist, radicalized rat hole the more people, people with an ounce of common sense, they will loose.

I see the Democrats becoming a regional party in short order. They'll own the coasts and the big cities, and nothing at all in-between. They could be banished to the desert for decades if they continue with this ridiculous collectivism and totalitarianism.

I have read other things this "man" wrote. He writes for a variety of media outlets and it is always the same line and the same sentiment. His concluding paragraph labels us as deplorable and I know it is a term coined by HRC but he believes it. He says we are waking up and spreading our hate...I've got news for him...we woke up a long time ago. As far as spreading hate, he should listen to himself. His very choice of words communicates his intrinsic hate of us. He thinks Trump is our "Pied Piper"...hardly. I think Trump is doing a decent job but he is far from someone who is a constitutionalist.

I try to let this shit slide off my back because it elevates my blood pressure. I watch TV occasionally and see the crap happening at various places. I sometimes say I wish I were there. However, I don't want to be there. I don't want to go to jail for hurting someone. I don't mind admitting that I would enjoy listening to this person's bones break one by one due to my actions. That is why I don't go to these events nor read this type of person's writing.

I hope he gets bludgeoned walking dow the street by a deplorable who is sick and tired of the labels and comments.

Had a drunk punch one of my Dad's waitresses in the bar side when I was there. We had bats at various places behind the bar. I broke several ribs and his arm with a bat. I actually believe that I could feel the bones snap through the bat....I felt sad and happy at the same time. Not sad because of hitting and hurting the guy...sad that I enjoyed it.

Luckily, back then (1984), the cops didn't press charges after they saw the waitress's face and interviewed me and a few other patrons. The guy got charged with assault.

What limedust misses is that any state with a high GDP needs resources from elsewhere. If the Deplorables all decided to take a few days off The Country would be crippled. Now if the Resistance took a day off Starbucks and most fast food would shutdown. Of course the universities would also close. This would not even be noticed by most. Oh and Crime Violent and non Violent Crime would increase exponentially with a lefty day off.

It's funny how people like Limedust are so concerned about selling their collectivism as something other than the radical, twisted, evil ideology that it is. They so want to make the case that their policies are better for everyone, but they simply can't get away from the central failing of the premise in collective philosophy. That being in statism the state and the collective are the ONLY thing. Individuals, their lives, their hopes, their dreams, their fears actually don't matter. They're so indignificant that these "caring", "thoughtful", "benevolent" would-be rulers of all of us would not even bat an eye to murder thousands, because their ideology preaches that you have to break eggs to make an omelette.

In fact, just like Obama's destruction of so many car dealerships they believe if they are not hurting people and destroying businesses they are not doing progressivism. Destruction, suffering, and causing their fellow man pain and anguish are the only visible signs that their racical ideology is actually working. The more people they hurt and the more earned wealth they destroy the more moral power they believe they have. It really is sick.

I have a great deal of pity for ignorant people like Limedust. They have a hole in their soul that nothing will fill, and their capacity for hatred and evil is virtually limitless because of it. We should all pray for Limedust.

CA and IL are totally bankrupt, so talking about how they take in more than they spend is total bullshit by someone who is either criminally ignorant, or simply a Marxist who doesn't want to know.

Some of the states that it's purported to take in more than they spend are actually fiscally responsible and not in horrible debt. They just take advantage of a stupid system. If that money were cut off tomorrow they would probably be ok. If the welfare was cut off tomorrow to CA or IL they would be Beirut within a week.
