I'll send him a card on the 28th. He's in Texas also so it will get there right on his birthday.

I'll get one out to one of the greatest generations.

You know I’m nervous. Gonna get my shooting buddies to go with me but if he starts getting emotional I’m gonna cry lol.

I just hit 33 and I seem to cry over all kinds of shit that never happened before. It’s weird. Lol

I think I can manage to launch a card his way. I lost a friend of mine WW2 Army air corps spent entire war in Britain. I shot pool with him he loved old granddad whiskey smoked a pipe and we would get him some limburger cheese (his favorite) and you were compelled to eat some and it tasted like ass literally. Things you do for friends LOL.

Wish I had seen this sooner, woulda saved on postage. Bet I can scare him up a card and send it on my lunch tomorrow to have it get there in time all the same. Gonna be a dark time when folks like him aren't around anymore.

If I had been home in Australia I would have sent a card, as I have done for others but being stuck in the Mid West in snow at the moment I may not get a chance but I am thinking of him.
