Look again. Or maybe you need glasses. The turrets are marked in MOA. The only part not is the windage micro adjustment from what I can see. Better pictures would help. Did you even use it? A simple box test would have told what you need to know. You might want to review some of your post, you come off as a whinny bitch that does not know very much about this sport.

Alright, smart ass.....on BOTH the outer elevation and windage turret, there are three incremental marks in-between the major printed number marks....for 1/4 MOA.
The inner turret on the windage is mil with .1 MIL per click with 9 minor intermediate marks between major printed number marks. Yes, there is a half MIL slightly larger line half way between major printed number marks. That's at .5 MIL
The elevation fine turret; you posted the same pic twice, and neither shows the elevation fine turret well enough for me to be sure, but it appears that there are three minor marks between printed number major marks for 1/4 MOA per minor mark.
As far as I can tell, the only issue with your scope is that the inner windage turret is marked in MIL and it should be marked in MOA.
But, maybe those new glasses will show me WTF you are seeing five marks between printed numbers. Or maybe you will learn how to fucking read MOA and MIL turrets.
And you talked to Vortex yesterday, they confirmed that they will take care of it, but nonetheless came here to complain about them anyway...and justify it as a fucking public service to the board. GTFO

Story so far: Guy bought a scope, unwrapped it, drooled all over it, properly mounted it, then apparently drove "six hours to the 1000 yard range". Only then deciding that inspecting it was maybe something worth doing. Surprise, he found a mistake! Alas, some peon employee had apparently made the FUBAR in the effort to fill this order post-haste; or perhaps just maybe some store employee switched a cap accidentally when showing off the turret to a customer who decided to wait for more reviews of how worthy this optic is, or isn't.

Then, because the world apparently revolves around said guy, he interpreted an apparent lack of proper groveling on the part of the alleged wrong-doer. FORSOOTH, this cannot stand! Unsatisfied, he begins to devise this get-even plot. A day passes, which brings us all unsuspecting to this entertainment.
The aforementioned guy makes a post on a public forum about how he is an unwitting and helpless victim in the whole situation; entirely convinced that this is the way he will get his recompense. Blames someone, anyone, everyone else. Complains, and then retaliates when he's called out for it, by Mr. Joe Public in the same public forum.
