They are moving towards E15... to lower prices... but actually burns more volume, meaning, its not saving any $!! And if you have and older vehicle.... well fuck you as your engine will now run lean! These people making these laws don’t know a fucking thing about internal combustion engines, air/fuel ratio etc.

As far as the vehicles running lean on E15, any modern (late 80's and newer) electronically fuel injected engine can compensate and adjust its fuel trims within a set parameter. I doubt going from E10 to E15 would make much of a difference. E85 is another story. If your vehicle is an old carbureted model you should be running ethanol free fuel whenever possible.
