That's what everyone around here is thinking. Supposably there was a body found yesterday/last night just up the road from me, no details though. Other than her patrol car being found at academy parking lot everything else is speculation until something is confirmed. Hell it took them he better part of a day before they released ANY info. Yay north alabama haha.

Early reporting stated that they thought she broke the rules by transporting him by herself. Supposedly the rules are for two or more for transport. But basically they thought she was a hostage and I told the wife that she's been fucking him and he was using her for the escape.

I worked A LOT of cases during my LEO days, male and female guards doing the "business" with inmates. You are absolutely right about intermingling guards and inmates.
