I had a license, and a car when I was stationed in Japan. Driving on the other side of the road was an experience ...........just like stepping off the curb was.........

old Japanese cars had that shift pattern.
Same shift pattern, but you sit on the wrong side. Clutch was still on the left, brake in the middle and skinny pedal on the right. My '81 Skyline Turbo was that way, the Nissan Sunny Vanette (can't rem beer the spelling) had three. (or 4?) on the tree. Okinawa '91-'93, good times!

Not so much driving on the wrong side of the road for me but I do look the wrong way before stepping into the street. Its like normally ya look left bc traffic is coming from the left but Ill look right bc in those parts traffic cone from the right...
