Is The NFA the next domino to fall?

Yes. Then they declare all Federal property EXTRA sensitive areas. No one will be allowed to have a firearm within 1000 miles of marked locations.

So to toss a little hopium on this. The Miller case only went in the government's favor simply because Miller never showed up for trial. Short barreled shotguns WERE in common use at the time. The 32 and 68 acts are wholly Un-Constitutional and they know it. Is this the time where they stand up and say "The Emperor has no clothes!" remains to be seen. But the recent SC decisions absolutely fall into that category.

The point is coming where a choice is to be made.

If anything expect the cost of the stamp to go up considerably
Exactly right, adjusted for inflation from 1934 $200=$4,362~ (2,081%) so I'm sure they will round up to $4,500-$5k
This will put a damper on 99% of NFA, I'm actually surprised the Feds haven't yet, perhaps it's enshrined in code and would require the DC establishment to put their lucrative careers on the chopping block??

Yes it requires congress to change.

Watched guns and gadgets video. They've got a good case but who knows how long it'll be before it goes anywhere. They'll probably tank the whole system before it happens.

Here's a couple of more articles that say basically the same thing as the above videos but I thought I'd post them anyway.

Also attached is the Defendant's motion to dismiss and rule the NFA unconstitutional.

The first article has more background before Hoover was charged.

The NFA could easily be struck down on its writing. Who is willing to get arrested and deal with 5 to 7 years of shit for it? That becomes the issue. You have to have a case to take that high.

GCA 68 is harder to argue. The age restrictions should be removed as age discrimination since the age of majority is 18. Also should remove alcohol and tobacco limits along with max age for militia along the same lines.

Can't recall where I saw it but a couple of people are already on it. The atf tried to squash it but Texas changed the language in their suit a little and it was allowed to proceed.

Combined with recent events we may have a slim chance.

Could Miller be overturned? I don't know. I'm skeptical but I think the case to overturn it should go forward.

'cause Fuck Em, that's why.

You know that there are collectors that don't want to see it going anywhere.
And collectors with money, sadly. If I was a collector I’d want to honor the greater good and would not care if my nfa investment dropped in value due to the drop of the NFA, but I’m not sure many collectors feel the same way.

I really don’t think the historical machine guns (WWI/II) would see much depreciation. They’re not being made anymore, and there aren’t that many of them, really. Much of their value is in being historical firearms, that happen to be machine guns. But, when you get into registered DIASs and the like, yeah, they’d sink faster than the Titanic...

The ATF Dictator is probably looking at the future and sees the ground swell of 2A rights supporters. He knows that if he’s going to have a future in politics beyond the ATF that he better not appear to rabid of an anti-gunner. I don’t trust him either but his answers surprise me just as much supporters were surprised.

sure, it’ll pass, but a bunch of other illegal unconstitutional BS will pop up to make it all but void, if you don’t have 50k a year to put into your sheriffs re-election fund, 1M a year for lawyers, we’ll get fucked peasant.

Man that guy sure has changed his image. This bills is likely just pandering to his base and nothing more than theater. But one can dream I suppose.

Don’t forget the public opinion on personal firearms ownership is changing in big ways. So here’s to dreaming big!
