Interesting. When my father was in the Air Force Dental Corp (did his dental residency at McGuire AFB - now "Joint Base MDL"), I think at the time, the fighter wing was F-106s. Interesting.

Quick question for anyone who knows. How shallow of a body water can something like that land and take off in?

Bush planes need 18 inches or more when landing and about half that to park if mud. Sandy and rocky bottoms need a bit more.
