I would do exactly that in that situation. Wheel to the right, step on the gas and pin her under my vehicle so the dude with her cannot get the gun from her if he tried. The front wheels will most likely have driven over her by that point so she will cease being a threat. Just gotta watch out for the dude now to make sure he doesn't go for another weapon.
