I’ve actually met her…in Kuwait City when I was running the military side of the airport right after we seized it, and were starting the push into Iraq. That’s a pretty old pic if it’s who I think it is.

She was working for the Defense Courier Sevice (didn’t even know that was a thing at the time), and there was definitely a magnetism about her; you could literally feel it when she walked into a room. I recall thinking those eyes are gonna end a lot of careers!

Easily the most attractive person I ever actually laid eyes on in uniform.

There are certain types of people in this world that this will divide all citizens into:
1. Those that see this and are cool with it because they are responsible adults with a sense of humor.
2. Firefighters - no humor, and there damn well better be a yellow/black square around that part of the wall. And there had better not be one fucking thing in front of it. And its already out of code because it doesn't have a service tag.
3. Those who will obviously try to put out a fire with the torch. These people are not useful during stressful events.
4. General populace morons who will undoubtedly do something sexual with this setup.
5. Boys. This is the ideal setup for them. When (not if) they catch the yard on fire they know exactly where the extinguisher is.
6. Adult men (not men who are taking the first semester of Adulting 101) - perfect setup for lighting cigars with your buds and putting out fires from the welder in the garage.

Don’t recall…was a USAF TSgt back in ‘03 or so, and a quick search found this: https://m.facebook.com/pg/Murica/photos/

…so clearly not the same girl. Spittin’ image of the one I met in Kuwait though; probably her mom! LOL

I will never forget the E club WMs with drunk Marines trailing them like she was a true catch. Not one was better than a "5" but on base, they were beauty queens.

Fucking Marines...

We had no pentagon ladies, we had the chicks that might be dudes... those were very different times - since you now literally have chicks that ARE dudes...

You gotta grade on a curve. Went to a school in northern California back in the 80s. Small army post so remote civilians used the post office as it was the only one in the area. They somehow had access to the E club as they showed up every Friday and Saturday night. The local guys called them Bufforillas. A ten there wouldn't make a three in civilization.

One guy picked up two the first weekend there. At the end of the school we sitting through the out-brief, "This went well, SSgt Joe was the bestest," etc. The school commandant walked on stage and called the playboy's name. By the look on his face as he walked forward you would have thought he got caught with the commandant's daughter. Front and center and he is presented with a paper bag. Face drawn on one side and instructions on the other.

Would probably end both careers in today's military.

When we graduated from EOD school (old school, I’m talking Indian Head), we partied so hard the Thursday night before graduation. We were so hung over and still drunk the next morning. The CO of the School was in his dress whites giving us the “I’m proud of you speech”. Right in the middle of his speech, he paused and said, “ It fucking reeks in here. How much did you mother fuckers drink last night?” And then he continued on like he had never missed a beat. I’m sure that wouldn’t happen in today’s Navy.

I want one ……………🤔 I can’t afford one , but I still want one 😂
they are very expensive, plus then the mental stress of knowing every guy is sizing her up. She knows what she looks like so she doesn't have to try very hard...been through both types. I will keep my second choice.

Full disclosure part of me wants one 🤔…… At this point in my life …… sure I could afford one 🤔…… , at my age I have learned that while she is beautiful … she is NOT worth the price of admission 🤣. Also at this point in life I have become convinced that my wife is the most attractive woman out there for me , and there is NOTHING more beautiful than my granddaughter. ❤️😊

In 1990 I was pulling into Henderson Hall... and they were doing road work. In typical contractor fashion they didn't bevel the edges on the road cut they'd done and I hit it full force. Car died immediately.

I walk up to the gate guard and ask if they can call a tow truck for me (no cell phones at that time), and the dipshit calls me a private and tells me it's my problem, no. (Guy couldn't see the stripes on my arms apparently... an issue that both the Corps and the Army suffered from. Typically when they saw them, they then start calling my SSgt... anyway...)

I go back to the car and RTFM again... and note that there is a fuel cutoff on Fords that trips during a serious collision. Humph. It's also not place you can just reset it, you have to rip the trunk lining out to get to it. WTF. I reset, and BAM, the car starts right up.

I walk back to the gate guard and say "Thanks for nothing dipshit." (I outrank the asshole...)

The 5' 10" drop dead gorgeous redhead female Marine pop's her head out of the GP and says "Excuse me?" "Oh, I'm terribly sorry. You must have had a shift change. Your predecessor refused to call me a tow truck, even though my car died right beside the entrance. I was going to start something now that the vehicle is operational." She says, and I'm not kidding, "Now that you're here you can start something with me!" I must have paused a little too long, as she started cracking up. We went to dinner a few times... she was very hot.

I found that in the DC Metro area, alot of the female Marines were pretty good looking. It was sorta odd.

Picture or it didn't happen. This is a picture thread...

So the neighborhood my mom lives in is getting turned to shit with tribal and public assistance housing and there are hood rats aplenty. My brother just epoxied one of my moms old cell phones to the curb! 🤣

Hood Rat: Who glued this phone down?
Dirty D's Bro: I did.
Hood Rat: What the hell for, man?
Dirty D's Bro: I don’t feel the I need to explain my art to you, Hood Rat.

That’s like a game called ”stumble fishing”. Take an empty alcohol bottle and fill it with rain water. Smear some hand sanitizer on the top and screw the cap back on. Place bottle along known drunk paths.

oh, an Argo. There is an Argo dealer not far from me. I very nearly bought one of their $35K 8-wheel ATVs back one winter when we had unusually high snows. Fortunately, I've learned enough over the years to not make big purchases based on assumptions (like that a machine like that will go anywhere, do anything). So I tried it out in the dealer's yard, then asked him trailer it over to my place to see how it would do in real undistrubed snow on a hill that was not all that steep. I was simply amazed at how poorly the thing did. It would barely even start up the hill before just spinning and digging in. I think the guy was embarrassed at how poorly it did. Even after he made several failing attempts to go straight up, and the sale was clearly out the window, he was so determined to have it do something, he even tried zig-zagging up the hill and still couldn't do it.

I later found an older used widetrack snowmobile that would do it easily, so I bought that for about 1% of the cost of the Argo.

unless you were an upper echelon officer you wouldn't see those in any armed forces...

The cute ones were all over when I was in. They were in Aviation, medical, and MI.

There was a very hot Samoan Arabic speaking interrogator who made it very clear she wanted to date me.

I dated an Army Nurse who was gorgeous. But her command frowned on us lowly NCOs fishing in the medical pond.

I ended up meeting and later marrying then divorced an Army helo officer who was very cute. She had deep blue eyes and was an amazing track athlete.

I added a 100 gallon tank on the back of my welding trailer when summer rolled around. I hose the ground down and myself before I start.

Makes it less fun to put in fence corners and gates though.

But cuts down on the drama from passers by when I have a good one acre blaze going before i stop welding and then have time to practice putting out a grass fire.
