I bet that mower has a Tecumseh engine too. The win never stops.

Looks like it.
Mine lasted (without ANY maintenance) until the deck rusted through.
Always started on the first pull, even after sitting all winter.
I left it next to my shed when I sold that house.
I bet with a new deck, it would still be running 18 years later.

Well, wish me luck. The new roofing materials have arrived and are now sitting atop my old roof. Thus, sometime this week, depending on the weather, a crew should be arriving to install the new roof. I'm hoping Wed 08/10 - Thrs 08/11 as the chances for PM Thunderbumpers are far less (23-24%) than they are for Mon/Tue (08/08 - 08/09) (45-55%)

Roofers came yesterday. Perfect day for it... Sunny all day, temp high was 90˚F . They startred at 8a and were done before 4p. And it looks fantastic!

HVAC folks coming on Mon. 08/22.

This is an actual ship wreck from the 1700s.

So all those ropes etc are original and date to pre 1800? If so, we have certainly lost a lot of age old quality control secrets.
ETA: My apologies to papajohn. I had not read further in the thread to see if this had been addressed.

I'm gullible I guess. I took it for what was posted. ☺️
